SpaceX Super Intelligence has announced The X Subscription, a unified plan combining services from Grok, Cursor, and X Premium. The company describes it as a single subscription covering AI chat and creation tools, coding agents, AI teammates, and X features.
The offering includes Grok chat, voice, image, video, and API capabilities, along with Grok Bot AI teammates. Cursor access covers local and cloud coding agents, while X Premium benefits include a blue checkmark, creator tools, and fewer ads.
Five plans, including a $200 Ultra tier
The X Subscription has five tiers: Free, Plus, Premium, Super, and Ultra. Listed monthly prices are:
- Free
- Plus: $8 per month
- Premium: $30 per month
- Super: $100 per month
- Ultra: $200 per month
A usage chart increases from Free through Ultra. The company claims each plan provides more usage per dollar of its own models than the comparable plan it replaces, though the announcement does not provide a detailed comparison for every existing Grok, Cursor, or X plan.
Ultra is listed with 20x usage limits and early access to advanced features. The tier can also be included with a SuperGrok Heavy subscription. One billing statement lists Cursor Ultra at $200 for the period from October 18 through November 18, 2026, alongside a $200 SuperGrok Heavy discount, resulting in a $0 total for that charge.
Existing subscribers can keep their plans
Current subscribers can retain their existing plans or switch to The X Subscription. The rollout is gradual, and availability along with limited-time offers is listed in billing settings. Subscribers can link their Grok, Cursor, and X accounts as part of the transition.
The announcement does not provide a complete plan-by-plan explanation of how usage limits, features, or billing would change for existing customers. That leaves open practical questions for subscribers holding multiple annual plans, including how any prorated refunds would be handled when switching.
The X Subscription is available through the subscription website linked in the announcement.
